Soros-Funded PAC Publishes Racist Ad Against Black Republican

A far-left super PAC that receives massive funding from Democrat megadonor George Soros has been running racist advertisements attacking a Black Republican candidate in Kentucky.

Black Voters Matter Action PAC published the ad against Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron, who is currently running for governor of the state. Cameron has demanded that his Democrat opponent, Gov. Andy Beshear, condemn the “racist and hateful” attacks against him.

The ad refers to Cameron as “Uncle Daniel Cameron” — referencing the racist “Uncle Tom” attack often used by Democrats against any Black person who disagrees with the left-wing narrative. The ad also uses another racist phrase, “Skinfolk ain’t kinfolk,” which is often used by Black leftists to argue that anyone who disagrees with their political views is a race traitor.

As Kentucky is scheduled to hold major elections next month, the left has ramped up its spending in the state — including spending on ads from organizations like Black Voters Matter Action PAC. The group has been holding many events in support of Beshear, who is the incumbent in the gubernatorial election.

The racist ad was run on WMJM Magic 101.3, an R&B station located in Jeffersontown, Kentucky.

In a statement to The Daily Wire, Cameron explained that he has been facing similar “racist attacks” from the left since he first entered politics.

“I never faced racism or discrimination while growing up or working in Kentucky until I decided to stand up to the national Democrat establishment,” Cameron told the outlet. “I don’t support their policies, so the Left attacks me for my skin color.”

“I believe here in Kentucky you shouldn’t be judged by the color of your skin, but by the content of your character. The same cannot be said of Joe Biden, out-of-state, radical left interest groups, and the national Democrat Party, who think you can’t be black and conservative. I never faced racism or discrimination while growing up or working in Kentucky until I decided to stand up to the national Democrat establishment,” the Republican candidate wrote.

Despite Cameron’s calls for his Democrat opponent to denounce the racist ad, Beshear’s campaign has yet to respond to the issue.

According to The Daily Wire, “Beshear’s campaign did not respond to a request for comment on the ad. Alpha Media, the company that owns the radio station, also did not respond to a request on its decision to air the attack ad. Attempts to reach Black Voters Matter Action PAC were unsuccessful.”

Filings from the Federal Election Commission (FEC) show that Soros has given Black Voters Matter Action PAC over one million dollars through his Democracy PAC.

Cameron has faced numerous racist political attacks over the years, including a political cartoon run by the Lexington Herald-Leader during his 2019 campaign for attorney general — which portrayed the Black Republican as riding the coattails of the Ku Klux Klan, which was depicted as former President Donald Trump in a white hood and robes.
