Hulk Hogan Helps Teenage Crash Victim Escape Flipped Car

Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, 70, witnessed a car crash in Florida Sunday and acted quickly to help a teenage girl who was stuck inside a car that had flipped over in the accident.

The former wrestler, along with the person traveling with him, helped the 17-year-old girl get out of her flipped car by popping the airbag and unbuckling her seatbelt with tools he had in the car with him.

“It’s typical for Hulk, he has a big heart,” Hogan’s rep Linda Bose said via email. “He helps and treats people with the highest respect.”

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, was with his new wife Sky Daily, and a friend when they witnessed the multi-vehicle crash. According to reports, the teen girl in the car was shaken but not seriously injured.

Daily and Hogan were married last September and are fixtures in the area of Florida where the crash occurred. Though Daily is Hogan’s third wife, on the day of their wedding he posted “My new life starts now” on their wedding day.

Daily confirmed Hogan’s version of the story in an Instagram post stating, “Last night, after we left dinner in Tampa, we saw a car flip in front of us! I truly admire my husband @hulkhogan and our good buddy @jakerask for springing into action, puncturing the girl’s airbag, and getting her quickly out of the car.”

Hogan is one of the most popular professional wrestlers ever but has been out of the spotlight since WWE cut ties with him amid reports that he used racial slurs during an encounter that was caught on tape.

He and Daily were recently baptized at Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Largo, FL on what Hogan called “the greatest day of his life.”

“Total surrender and dedication to Jesus is the greatest day of my life. No worries, no hate, no judgment, only love!” Hogan wrote concerning his baptism.

TMZ and other outlets have obtained photos of the scene of the crash, and Hogan and Daily were still on there when paramedics arrived.
