A woman was filmed throwing a burrito bowl in the face of a Chipotle employee after a dispute over her missing meat order. The altercation unfolded when the woman received her UberEats order, which was missing both meat and condiments. She went to the Chipotle location to ask for a refund, only to be told the store could not process the refund and that it would need to come from UberEats.
In response, the woman went behind the counter to help herself to replacement bowls of food. Roberto Hernandez, the employee involved, attempted to intervene by grabbing one of the bowls, but the woman threw the bowl at him. Hernandez chose to walk away to avoid escalating the situation.

The woman later told WUSA-TV that she regretted her actions but still justified her behavior. She argued that once her food was taken by the staff, she had the right to retrieve new food. She also mentioned that “men” at the store had previously assaulted her, which contributed to her frustration.
