A cry for help is the façade of door-to-door vaccine education. Biden says, “Now we need to go to community-by-community, neighborhood-by-neighborhood, and frequently, door-to-door, literally knocking on doors to get help to the remaining people.”
Does Biden think Americans are helpless? We have the internet, we have the means of communication, and we also can compile data. Every American is aware that the Covid-19 vaccination is available. Your freedom to accept or decline the vaccination is part of the ongoing struggle the Biden Administration is puzzled. The efficiency of door-to-door salespeople has gone out the door long ago, pun intended. Information is widely spread on the internet, and if you need something, you go there and find it. Not one person will have any more or less information when reading a script in front of them. Authenticity is gone.
The American people trust a government that allows them to choose what’s best for their families. In history, on December 16, 1773, Americans threw tea into a harbor because of a small tax hike, and they think Americans are going to lay down on intrusions of privacy?
Some have speculated that going door-to-door is a HIPAA Law violation. And while it can be, it also might not be.
According to HIPAAJournal.com, a website dedicated to providing accurate HIPAA law information, “Vaccine information is classed as PHI (Personal Health Information) and is covered by the HIPPA Rules.” It would be a HIPAA violation for the employee’s healthcare provider to disclose that information to the employer unless the individual had provided authorization to do so.
Here is the scary part of the explanation by HIPaaJournal.com:
“Authorizations would not be required when sharing vaccine status information for ‘public health activities.”
The data can be used to prevent or control illness, injury, or disability, including reporting disease, injury, or important occurrences to a worldwide health agency legally authorized to collect or receive such data on behalf of a foreign government agency collaborating with a global health authority. Expertise in efficient written and spoken communication, scientific research methodology, and business skills are also essential.
The main tack away from HIPAAJournal.com is that how vaccination status is obtained will be the legal kicker. Not much information is provided about how medical information will be accepted, but it’s worth investigating the legality of door-to-door vaccination assistance.
Jen Psaki circles back and says, “The failure to provide accurate public health information including the efficacy of vaccines and the accessibility of them to people across the country, including South Carolina, is killing people.”
No, Jen, it’s not. If Psaki thinks that Americans don’t have accurate information and have decided to get vaccinated yet, it shows you have no confidence in the American people as a whole. Americans are free to do whatever the hell we want when it comes to vaccinations. A door-to-door vaccine salesperson will not change the fact that we can choose to get vaccinated or decide not to. It’s not a matter of information distribution, and it’s a matter of trust in our government officials when they continue to lie to us.
Lake County, IL posted a document titled “Community Health Ambassador Outreach Door Knocking Project to Increase Covid Vaccine Acceptance.”
It’s a mouthful, but to put it short, CHAODKPICVA? Way too much, Illinois. You can find the document at:
To give an oversight, it shares information with “Ambassadors” who are going door-to-door in an attempt to get more people vaccinated.
It gives suggestions such as:
- You are not soliciting
The legal definition of soliciting is “the act of asking for or trying to obtain something from someone,” according to Oxford Languages.
- Knock and then back up
It’s probably a good idea because I’m sure people will be upset that you’re at their door.
- Use your script
Provided in the link above is a script that Ambassadors will use when interacting with individuals.
The document’s final page is a spreadsheet that will provide data such as building number, floor number, immunization status, and so on them. It’s unclear what this information will be used for, but it’s a significant thing, just like registering a weapon.
Biden’s big government daddy must not be pleased with him about him missing his vaccination rate.
