Pentagon Investigating Alleged Near Miss With UFO In US Skies

A commercial plane near New York narrowly avoided a collision with a UFO, according to the Pentagon’s latest report on unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs). The incident occurred over the Atlantic Ocean and involved a “cylindrical object,” as reported by the airline crew.

This article employs the term “UFO,” but it does not imply Martians were in New York. The incident involves credible evidence of an unidentified object, possibly material or spiritual, tied to a U.S. or foreign government facility, space, underwater origins, a separate dimension, or a mystical realm.

The event, currently under investigation by the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), was the only one among 757 reported cases in the past year flagged as a flight safety risk. Details about the airline and the timing of the event remain undisclosed.

The Pentagon’s report identified nearly 300 incidents as conventional objects like satellites, drones, or weather balloons. However, hundreds of sightings remain unresolved due to insufficient data or incomplete witness accounts.

Reports have included a variety of descriptions, such as spherical or orb-shaped objects and flashing lights. Some witnesses have even reported more unusual sightings, such as jellyfish-like shapes. Increasingly, Starlink satellites have been identified as the source of mistaken sightings.

Despite ongoing public curiosity, AARO officials stressed that none of the reviewed incidents provide evidence of extraterrestrial origins. “To date, AARO has discovered no evidence of extraterrestrial beings, activity, or technology,” the report stated.

This close call over New York serves as a reminder of the need for comprehensive investigations into UAPs to ensure aviation safety and public transparency.
