Wednesday’s Republican presidential primary debate was nothing if not entertaining. Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley didn’t bat an eye when she attempted to slice and dice Business Exec. Vivek Ramaswamy on stage. Haley uttered, “Every time I hear you, I feel a little bit dumber for what you say.”

Ramaswamy went to bat for himself when he credited campaign strategy for his use of the Chinese-based social media app TikTok. To Ramaswamy, it appears he gives himself a pass because he’s trying to reach young Americans and scoop up their votes.
Ramaswamy continued patting himself on the back stating, “We’re only going to ever get to declaring independence from China, which I favor, if we actually win. So while the Democrats are running rampant, reaching the next generation three to one, there’s exactly one person in the Republican Party which talks a big game about reaching young people, and that’s me.”
Before dishing out a Trump-like insult at Ramaswamy, Haley relayed his response regarding TikTok infuriated her. She also placed blame where it was earned and called out TikTok for data harvesting among American users.
Haley asserted, “What they’re doing is, these 150 million people are on TikTok, that means they can get your contacts. They can get your financial information. They can get your emails. They can get your text messages…China knows exactly what they’re doing.”
Her concerns are not unfounded. However, Ramaswamy has done his best to defend what he claims was standard practice in his industry. At a time when “every other CEO expanded into the Chinese market,” he says his company pulled out of it after a few years. That explanation is enough for some Conservatives and not for others.
Still, her take on Ramaswamy has been met with both criticism and cheers from the Conservative base.

Vivek went to Harvard and Yale and has made over $500 million at the age of 38. There is nothing dumb about Ramaswamy.

Haley tied her insult up with a bow by suggesting Ramaswamy engaged in business with the very people who gave Hunter Biden $ million, noting the American people cannot trust him.
