He criticized the way the situation has been framed in the media and courts, accusing them of minimizing the threat and treating the crisis like a routine legal disagreement. Miller said the American people never voted for that — they voted for liberation and enforcement.
According to Miller, the 2024 election was a national decision to reject continued surrender and instead embrace the restoration of American sovereignty through Trump’s immigration policies. He said the will of the people is now being challenged by the very institutions that should be upholding it.
He argued that if illegal entrants are granted individual court trials, the invasion will never be rolled back. Miller said such a system would paralyze the country’s ability to remove those who entered unlawfully.
He cited Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, which requires the federal government to protect states from invasion. Miller said no judge can override that responsibility and that the president must act according to the supreme law of the land.
