Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) is accusing NBC of hiding footage that could potentially upend the official story of President John F. Kennedy’s assassination. According to Luna, the network is in possession of a video that allegedly shows Lee Harvey Oswald near the presidential vehicle during the shooting — suggesting he may not have been the gunman.
During a Friday night appearance on Fox News, Luna said the Oversight Committee will be sending a formal letter to NBC requesting access to the tape. She said the footage had never been seen by the public and was described in detail by director Oliver Stone, who claims to have viewed a secondary copy.

Stone, who famously directed the 1991 film “JFK,” told lawmakers the tape could shake the foundation of the decades-old investigation. Luna stated that NBC has tightly controlled the video and called for the network to release it to the public.

This effort comes as the House Oversight Committee prepares for its first hearing since the release of newly declassified documents from the Trump administration. More than 60,000 pages have been made public under an executive order signed by President Donald Trump. That order instructed Attorney General Pam Bondi and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard to lead the declassification effort.
Luna said among the documents is a CIA file indicating that the agency had been surveilling Oswald before the assassination. She added that another file highlighted by journalist Jefferson Morley revealed the CIA did not support the lone shooter theory that has dominated the narrative for decades.
The hearing, set for April 1, will feature testimony from Stone and Morley, who both have raised doubts about the government’s explanation of the killing. Luna has positioned the effort as part of a broader push for transparency.
She also thanked Trump and former CIA Director John Ratcliffe for backing the release of the files that led to this new wave of scrutiny.
