Loomer Goes After Pam Bondi’s Zimmerman Case Role Following Epstein Document Fallout

Laura Loomer has turned her attention to Attorney General Pam Bondi, hammering her over past decisions in the George Zimmerman case. While Loomer has been vocal about Bondi’s failure to release all Epstein-related files, she is now focusing on Bondi’s legal record, particularly her role in appointing State Attorney Angela Corey to prosecute Zimmerman.

Loomer claims Bondi acted under pressure from the Obama administration, specifically then-Attorney General Eric Holder, in making the call to assign Corey. According to Loomer, this led to a politically charged prosecution, where Corey failed to present key evidence—such as photos of Zimmerman’s injuries—that would have shown he was acting in self-defense.

Loomer argues that Bondi’s involvement helped turn the case into a national spectacle rather than a fair trial, playing into the Obama administration’s broader narrative. She points to Obama’s own remarks about Trayvon Martin as evidence that the case was being leveraged for political gain, rather than being decided on its legal merits.

After calling Bondi out on X, Loomer says she was blocked by Bondi’s official government account. Loomer has since raised legal concerns, citing cases that suggest public officials cannot block private citizens from government-related accounts. She accused Bondi of attempting to shut down criticism instead of addressing legitimate concerns about her record.

Loomer’s attacks on Bondi haven’t stopped at the Zimmerman case. She has also resurfaced Bondi’s past lobbying work, particularly her reported ties to Qatar. While many conservatives were already frustrated with Bondi over her lack of action on Epstein documents, Loomer has now widened the scope of her criticism.
