Beyond its identity as the “sun city,” El Paso has made the headlines recently. Several Illegal migrants who made their way to El Paso have said President Joe Biden’s administration and policies beckoned them.
Ahead of President Biden’s visit to the U.S. Mexican border on Sunday, the illegal migrants said the president is the primary reason why they decided to come. They made this statement as they got off a public bus used by the city to house them.
One of the illegal migrants spoke on behalf of the vast majority and suggested that they sold everything they had to come to the U.S. “now we can’t return because we are targets for leaving,” the illegal immigrant from Venezuela added.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), under President Biden’s administration, announced the plan to expel Venezuelans who crossed the border illegally starting October 13th. President Biden validates his actions under Title 42, a Trump-era policy, even though the current administration has asked the Supreme Court to strike down the policy.
President Donald Trump signed Title 42 into law during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Trump administration used the public-health policy to expel illegal immigrants from the U.S.
Border experts have said ending Title 42 would flood the country with illegal aliens. The Supreme Court, however, left the policy in place pending an argument scheduled for February.
Joshua, an illegal immigrant from Venezuela, said he decided to come to the U.S. because of President Biden. He said every president has peculiar policies regarding war and immigration. Joshua suggested that President Biden has good policies because he permitted people from South and Central America into the U.S.
Joe Biden is visiting El Paso today but the El Paso that will be shown to the media is not the real El Paso that we live in every day.

“Unfortunately, the policies changed. But in general, I think he gives us all a chance because we deserve it. Many people have given their word just like me as we left our countries of origin to arrive here to the United States.” the Venezuelan added.
As Biden’s policies continue to exasperate the crisis at the southern border, many illegal aliens are hoping to enter the country unlawfully.
