Tom Homan, President Donald Trump’s appointed border czar, has made it clear that under the next administration, no illegal immigrant will be exempt from deportation.
Homan, who previously served as the acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), explained during a Fox News interview that deportation would be prioritized for all illegal immigrants, regardless of their criminal background.
Homan spoke strongly against sanctuary city policies that prevent local authorities from cooperating with federal immigration agents. He argued that such policies put Americans at risk by allowing dangerous criminals to remain in communities. “What politician, whether you’re a mayor or governor, is saying, ‘No, I want public safety threats to remain in my community?’” Homan asked, challenging the logic behind these policies.

The former ICE director also criticized the idea of granting amnesty to illegal immigrants, warning that it would only encourage more illegal immigration. He argued that without consequences, the flow of illegal immigrants would continue. “If you don’t have consequences, they’re going to keep coming,” he said, emphasizing the need for a deterrent to curb illegal immigration.
Homan made it clear that crossing the border illegally is a crime. He reminded the public that those who enter the U.S. unlawfully will face deportation. “Every illegal alien that crossed that border committed a crime,” he stated, reinforcing the administration’s commitment to upholding the law.
When Tom Homan starts rounding up illegals, there will be a mass exodus to the sanctuary cities to escape deportation. See how they like that.
