Dan Crenshaw Sparks Conservative Fury After Threatening Tucker Carlson

Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) is facing backlash after he was recorded making a violent remark about Tucker Carlson. Following an interview with Great Britain News, he was asked whether he had ever met Carlson. His response was immediate: “If I ever meet him, I’d f***ing kill him.” He then added, “He’s the worst person ever.”

The remark was picked up by a hot mic and quickly made its way to social media, where it was met with outrage from Trump supporters and America-First conservatives. Elon Musk reacted on X, questioning why Crenshaw had such an extreme reaction toward Carlson. Carlson himself invited Crenshaw to meet him for an interview, saying, “Why don’t you come sit for an interview and we’ll see how you do? I’ll send you my address.”

The divide between Crenshaw and Carlson has been long-standing, particularly on foreign policy. Carlson has criticized U.S. involvement in Ukraine, while Crenshaw has repeatedly defended it, even admitting that the real goal is to weaken Russia rather than ensure Ukraine’s success. Many conservatives have accused Crenshaw of prioritizing Washington’s globalist interests over those of American citizens.

Their feud has also included personal insults. Crenshaw has dismissed Carlson as a “click-chaser” who spreads misinformation for profit. Carlson has fired back, calling Crenshaw “Eye Patch McCain,” comparing him to the late Sen. John McCain for his interventionist policies.

When Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) confronted Crenshaw about his comment, he brushed it off. However, Great Britain News reporter Steven Edgington, who was present when the remark was made, responded, “We literally have it on video.” Though the original video was removed from X, it continues to be shared by conservatives.
